About 2 weeks after writing my review on here, I get 2 emails telling me labels have been made to ship my items. Although I am not happy with the length of time it took to receive my orders nor am I happy with the non communication on her part, I am pleased with my items.

My 1st purchase was made 4/29/17. I did not start emailing request for updates on my order until 8/17.

which I emailed 3 times before finally getting a response of.."There has not been adequate time span for the item you ordered". I accepted that response,knowing my item was supposed to be hand made. I then made a 2nd order on 8/31. Started emailing again requesting response.

After my 3rd email attempt on this purchase I was blocked from making any comments on her Facebook page...which I had left a message on before letting her know I had emailed her several times..& have gotten no response. 6 email attempts..1 message attempt on Facebook & I got 1 response & blocked.

Product or Service Mentioned: I Am A Mother To An Angel Shipping Service.

Reason of review: did not receive items.

Monetary Loss: $34.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
